Stone Ridge Christian is more than just an institution of learning; it is a place where young men and women from Christian families gather for academic, spiritual, personal, social, and physical development. This is accomplished best when the church, home, and school all work together in teaching, training, and encouraging our young people for effective service to the Lord. Just as Jesus grew in w

isdom and stature, and in favor with all men (Luke 2:52), we too encourage our young people to do the same. This means we encourage the development of maturity and responsibility in all of our students. Maturity and responsibility do not mean just following and obeying rules but striving to do God’s will in every situation. It means seeking to do what is right, looking to help and encourage others, and building up the entire body not just one’s self.

We’re excited to celebrate two wonderful additions to our Elementary School Campus all made possible through the generosity and hard work of our Parent Club and our incredible school community!

🟢 Gaga Ball Pit: Remember the surprise playground feature made possible through our Color Run fundraising? It’s here! 🎉 The Gaga Ball Pit was made possible through a 100% donation of both materials and installation by Westside Landscape. We are incredibly grateful for their generosity and investment in our students!

☀️ Shade Structure: A new shade structure has been added behind our elementary classrooms, providing students with a more comfortable space to play and enjoy their time outside. A huge thank you to M-Mig for installing the structure at a reduced cost and helping make this project possible!

Thank you to our Facilities team for coordinating these projects from start to finish, to our dedicated Parent Club for continually finding ways to invest in our students, and to the staff, families, supporters, and donors who make opportunities like these possible. 🙌

This week, our Stone Ridge Christian School staff participated in A.L.I.C.E. safety training, equipping our team with valuable knowledge and practical tools to respond thoughtfully and effectively in an emergency.

We are deeply grateful to Merced County for providing this important training and for partnering with us in our ongoing commitment to school safety.
At SRCS, the safety and well-being of our students is one of our highest responsibilities. Through continued training, preparation, and collaboration with local professionals, we strive to ensure that our staff are prepared, our procedures are strong, and our school community remains a safe and secure place for students to learn, grow, and thrive.

First Chapel of the Year! 🙌
In the middle of busy schedules, loud hallways, full calendars, and all the beautiful craziness that comes with a new school year, chapel gives us a moment to pause, be still, and focus our hearts on God.
It’s a time to quiet the noise, remember what truly matters, worship together, and allow God’s Word to guide us as we step back into our day.

“The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” — Deuteronomy‬ ‭31‬:‭8‬ ‭NIV

May this be our reminder throughout the year: when life gets loud, slow down, turn our eyes toward God, and remember that He is always with us.

Here’s to a school year filled with learning, growing, worshiping, and keeping our focus on the One who matters most. 🙏
