Librarians are excited to welcome students and staff to the 2026-27 academic year at Merced College!

Did you know there are two library locations?

The first is located in the Downey Learning Resource Center (aka, the library) and you can find friendly librarians at the Research Help desk.

The other location is at the Los Banos campus which has a team of dedicated friendly librarians ready to help.

Want to learn more about how the library can help you succeed? Stop by the Research Help desk Monday - Thursday, 8am-8pm, and Friday, 8am-5pm, and ask us! Librarians are so much friendlier and helpful than any AI chatbot :)
