Wonder what comprehensive project-based learning looks like in practice?

It looks like learning about the layers of the Earth in a CKLA read-aloud, researching volcanoes and what causes them to erupt, and then putting all of that new knowledge into practice.

Our first-graders had fun making their own volcanoes from scratch, designing and painting them, and then erupting them!

Tomorrow, Principal Powers is taking over 👀🎯

He’ll be making his way through every classroom with one big challenge: can you guess his favorite thing in life? 🤔 Each class gets one shot… who’s going to figure it out?

4th & 5th graders continued their exploration of California’s history & current government structure, while also partaking in an exciting STEM experience at MOSAC this week. There was no shortage of learning and fun! At St. Paul, teachers build learning experiences that last a lifetime!
