Congratulations to our September Saints of the Month! 🌟

Throughout September, our school community focused on the saint trait of Responsibility. Teachers selected our Saints of the Month for demonstrating responsibility through their words, actions, choices, and care for others.

We are proud of these students for being wonderful examples of what it means to live out this important saint trait each day.

Yesterday our entire school family—from 4K through 8th grade—came together to celebrate Mass as a student body for the first time this school year.

It was also our first Buddy Mass, giving our youngest learners the chance to sit alongside their big buddies. What a beautiful way to begin the year together—learning, worshipping, and growing in faith as one Lumen Christi community.

We are so blessed to have a school family that comes together in such a special way!

First day of school pictures is one of our favorite traditions! We enjoyed seeing so many bright, smiling faces ready to kick off the new year. Welcome back, families! 💚 Smiles & Files Day! 💚
What a great day at Lumen Christi! Our students dropped off their school supplies, met their teachers, and got a first look at their classrooms for the year ahead. It was so wonderful to see familiar faces and welcome so many new ones to our Lumen Christi family! 📚✨

⚠️ LC families — we need your help! ⚠️

We're going to need a lot of help to get the school grounds ready for the new school year! Come help THIS Saturday, August 22 from 9-11 AM. We will be spreading playground mulch, weeding, and trimming bushes. Great volunteer opportunity for families, and can count towards any MS/HS service hours. Please bring your work gloves and tools, especially weeding and trimming tools.

As the school year comes to a close, we celebrated one of our sweetest milestones—the graduation of our 5K friends! 🎓💚✨

These young learners have grown so much this year, building friendships, developing new skills, and discovering a love of learning. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can’t wait to see them continue their journey as 1st graders next fall.

Congratulations, 5K graduates! The future is bright, and we know you’ll do amazing things. 🌟

🌈🏅 Rainbow Olympics 2026 🏅🌈

What a day! Our students teamed up across grade levels for our annual Rainbow Olympics, building friendships, displaying teamwork, and making memories.

A huge thank you to our teachers, Home & School volunteers, and 8th grade leaders who helped make this day so much fun. Special thanks goes out to PE teacher Mrs.Hiller for organizing the entire event. What a wonderful way to celebrate another amazing year at Lumen Christi!
