We join the Concordia University Wisconsin community in mourning the passing of our current Athletic Director, Dr. Rob Barnhill.
Dr. Barnhill was not only a tremendous leader for Falcon Athletics, but also a former assistant football coach whose impact on our program and student-athletes will be felt for generations.
His dedication to Concordia, his passion for developing young people, and the relationships he built throughout his time at CUW leave a lasting legacy.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Barnhill family and all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dr. Rob Barnhill, who served Concordia University Wisconsin faithfully for more than 25 years as a coach, athletics director, and mentor to countless students. Rob's vision helped build Concordia Athletics into what it is today, and his legacy will live on in the hundreds of student-athletes whose lives he shaped. Even through illness, Rob continued serving this community because he believed deeply in its mission. We hold his wife Stephanie, sons Ty and Caden, and all who loved him in our prayers. "God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1)
