*Lil' Sneakers University offers four childcare programs: Infant, Toddler, Preschool / PreK and School Age, providing services for children ages 6 weeks through 14 Years.
*We also offer Private Preschool fo

r 3's and Private PreK for 4's & 5's.
*Children of all ages are given the opportunity to participate in a wide range of experiences from which to grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
*Our goal is to provide a safe and happy place for children. Communication between parent and provider is a high priority, as it is key to the continued improvement in your child's development.
*Our mission statement is to provide a supportive, nurturing environment, be child oriented, "hands-on" in approach and allow children freedom of choice whenever possible.
*Located close to Interstate 90 and Route 2, the Center offers a home-like environment equipped with bright, spacious classrooms, decorated with children's artwork, and a large outdoor play area.
* Provides healthy meals and snacks to children meeting the nutritional guidelines by the USDA

The Infant Program
(6 weeks - 18 months)
Infants enrolled in the program adhere to their own individual schedule throughout the day. Information provided by the parents is used to plan each child's day according to his / her needs. As a result, feeding , diapering and napping are each an integral part of the daily curriculum.
*We maintain a 1:4 or 2:8 teacher to child ratio
Additional activities include:
*outdoor free play
*indoor free play
*fingerplay, songs, books
*sensory experiences
*music and movement
* Painting and coloring


The Toddler Program
(18 months - 3 years)
Toddlers are provided with the opportunity to gain a sense of mastery over their environment through exploration and play. Creativity and freedom of choice are encouraged as toddlers assert their independence.
*We maintain a 1:5 ratio for children 18-24 months and 1:6 for children 24-36 months. Highlights of the program include:
*hands-on activities
*toys displayed on low, open shelves
*outdoor play
* centers of different areas
(ex: transportation, dramatic play, etc.) The Preschool/PreK Program (3 years - 5 years)
The Preschool Program offers a wide variety of experiences. Through weekly themes, the children learn new concepts, allowing them to extend their play to share individual differences.
*We maintain a 1:10 or 1:12 ratio depending on the youngest child. Emphasis is placed on socialization skills as children learn to play creatively and cooperatively through:
*music and movement *writing tools
*block play *outdoor play
*dramatic play *art experiences
*games *books
Four year old (PreK) children are also taught skills to ready them for Kindergarten. Kindergarten Readiness is key to Kindergarten success! Additional Information
~The center is open Monday - Friday from 5:30am - 6:30pm.

~Enrollment is available on a full time, Part time, Or Drop-in basis.
~The center provides nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks.
~All staff are certified in First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse and Communicable Disease.
