Warm weather uniform is no longer in use. Students should follow the Regular School Uniform Guidelines beginning Monday.

🎃🚗 Calling All Trunks, Volunteers & Candy Donations! 🚗🎃

Our parish Trunk or Treat is coming up, and we need YOU to help make it a spooktacular night! 👻🍬

There are lots of ways to get involved:

🚙 Host a Trunk — Decorate your trunk, bring some candy and join the fun! Families, parishioners and even local small businesses are welcome to sign up and decorate a trunk.

🙋‍♀️ Volunteer — No trunk? No problem! We need extra hands to help throughout the event.

🍬 Donate Candy — Can’t attend but still want to help? We are accepting new, unopened bags of individually wrapped candy that the parish can use throughout the event. Every bag helps us make the night extra sweet for our trick-or-treaters!

❤️ This is a PARISH event and ALL are welcome! Whether you’re a school family, parishioner, grandparent, friend, neighbor or local business, we’d love to have you be part of the fun.

The more trunks, treats and helping hands, the better! 🎃🍭👻

‼️ If you haven’t filled out the Parent Volunteer Sign Up form, please do so by TONIGHT! ‼️

For the Halloween Carnival, Santa Shop, and Grizzly Snack Cart, we’re using a new volunteer lottery system. Rather than volunteer spots being filled on a first-come, first-served basis, parents and guardians can select all of the opportunities they would be interested in and available to volunteer for, and volunteers will then be randomly selected.

All volunteers must have completed VIRTUS training and have a current BCI background check on file with St. Gabriel School.

Come hang out, meet your fellow Grizzly parents, learn what’s happening with PTU this year, and help us create another amazing year for our students and teachers. Plus, expect a little ’90s fun along the way!
