Counting down the days til our SEGA athletes are back in the gym. Register now for classes starting in the next two weeks!

SEGA will be closed for the fall session per University policy. We are saddened by the continued closure but hope to be back for a spring session. Check back in January!

The university sports will remain closed through August. We are working on plans for the fall and hope to have great options for gymnasts in Sept.

Update...the university will remain in essential only operation through June 30th. SEGA plans will be re-evaluated closer to that date. Stay safe and active!

Intermediate, Advanced Intermediate and Pre Team families, please check your emails if you have not recently. 😀

Started working on shifting half the session payment to a ‘holding’ session. This is a learning process for me, so we may have a little trial and error at the start of the next session.

Hello all! With the safer at home guidelines going to nearly the end of our session we will have to cancel the rest of the session. I am working to determine next steps for providing credit to you. ❤️🤸‍♀️❤️

SEGA is closed through April 5th. We are working on details of refunds at the moment.
