The Stout BlueCard is an instant-issue, multi-functional photo ID card. It provides...
- Student, faculty & staff identification
- On-campus debit accounts/funds
- On-Campus building and room door access, as well as limiting access to high secure rooms, such as computer labs.
- A compliant Wisconsin voter ID

On & Off Campus Funds
Account balances may be checked and/or additional funds may be dep

osited in Baseline, Baseline Plus, or Flexline accounts throughout the semester at several on-campus locations and through online services. For more information on depositing money into your account, check out the Campus Card web page at http://www.uwstout.edu/services/campuscard/deposit.cfm

For basic meal plan information, including Block Plan info and deposit instructions, visit http://www.uwstout.edu/dining/plans/

If your card is lost or stolen, report your card lost immediately online or in our office, then purchase a Temporary Card or a new ID. Temp cards are issued for short-term use, and cost $5.00 and are active for one week, while new ID's are $20.00. Web menus are available via our website, kiosks outside each Dining location, and via the University Dining section on the Connect App. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about our menus.

Did you know University Dining has saved approximately 205,000 containers from the landfill through the Green-to-Go program? Students are issued compostable containers when dining in our facilities, which are then washed and re-used to reduce waste.
