Celiac disease is a serious autoimmune disease it is not a diet choice.
When someone with celiac eats gluten, their body attacks itself.

How to Support Someone with Celiac Disease
• You can help by asking questions, reading labels, and using clean kitchen tools.

Why Heart Health?
• Heart Disease is currently one of the leading causes of death in Women.
• Heart Healthy foods can be a great way to prevent non-genetic heart problems from occurring in the future.

What Can Heart Healthy Foods Do?
• Manage high blood pressure
• Lower cholesterol
• Decrease risk of: type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke

Heart Healthy Foods:
• Greens (spinach/kale)
• Broccoli
• Carrots
• Oatmeal
• Brown rice
• Whole Grain Bread
• Low-Fat Milk/Yogurt

What to Limit?
