Hi! My name is Ava Gravunder, and I’m an experienced, caring nanny looking for a family to work with. I have 5 years of childcare experience with children from infants through school age, and I genuinely love spending time with kids and building meaningful, positive connections with them.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in School Psychology, which helps me support children not only academically, but emotionally and socially as well. I’m CPR certified, dependable, and happy to provide references upon request.

Cornell Elementary School has an opening for a 4K/Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year:

This is a dual position that includes:

4K teacher: 4 full days (Monday-Thursday)

There are 2 amazing and hard working full-time paraprofessionals working in the classroom
as well.

Fully inclusive classroom.

Class size has been under 30 the past 2 years.

Small special education caseload.

3K teacher: Fridays (½ day)

This is a play group to service any 3 year olds that have an IEP or speech services.

Around 10 students (about 6 students are typically developing peer models)

1 paraprofessional in the classroom

Friday afternoon is prep.

PART TIME NANNY POSITION: We are looking for a nanny to take care of our daughter in our home in Elk Mound, WI for 1 day a week beginning in September!
Our daughter is 6 months old and has a few special medical needs. Beyond her medical needs, she is a very happy, sweet girl and overall easy-going baby. Her special needs include a feeding tube and physical therapy exercises every day. It may be a good opportunity for someone in school looking to gain more experience working with special needs children, or someone already with experience who is looking for just a few hours per week. We will train you on how to use all equipment.
Ideal start date: First week of September
Schedule: Mondays OR Thursdays every week depending on what works best for your schedule. Approximately 8am - 4pm

Days Gone By YMCA Early Learning Community is hiring for a DPI Licensed 4K Teacher!

We are looking for DPI licensed teacher for the EC4T Program (partnership 4K program with Eau Claire School District) to start this summer and take on the role of the teacher in the Fall.

This position is a full-time teaching position that is all year round. You will be employed through the YMCA and receive their benefits. Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, PTO, Sick Time, Free Gym Membership, 12% retirement contribution, and more! During the summer you will work with our 4–5-year-old classroom and start in August training for the DPI licensed teacher.

In the fall there is two sessions of EC4T and you will be responsible for lesson planning, conducting assessments, parent communication and maintaining the classroom. Each session will have up to 18 children and you will have an assistant teacher with you.
