Thank you again to Toppers Pizza for providing pizza to Mr. Wigdahl's 5th grade class as they were the top pledge raising class! Toppers Pizza also provided pizza for our hard working teachers last night!!! Thank you!!

We hope you had as much fun as we did last night!!! The Acorn GLOW Dash Committee wants to thank EVERYONE who made yesterday such a success!! Acorn GLOW Dash fans!! It's still not too late to register and race!! We will except same-day registration! Registration begins at 5:30 PM. Don't forget that there will be a $3 food plate that will begin being served at 5:30. There will be no parking allowed on the road in front of Oaklawn school. There will be people directing traffic and parking available in multiple lots near the school. Thank you for your cooperation!

Today is the day!! And, it is a BEAUTIFUL day!! We can't wait! Yesterday we had an AWESOME Pre-Race Rally at Oaklawn Elementary! The top pledge raisers were recognized and awarded prizes, Mr. Lutz was duck taped to the wall, Ms. Roberts was turned into a neon blue mummy, the 1st grade teachers got silly stringed by their students (check out the video), and much more!! Thank you to the UW Stout Men's Hockey team for helping us out and donating such a great prize! More photos from the Rally to come!!

Can you believe the Acorn Glow Dash is just 2 nights away!! We can't wait to see everyone decked out in their bright neon glow gear! We will be selling limited quantities of some fun glow items but also wanted to provide you some pictures as inspiration and as ideas!

Busy week at Oaklawn Elementary this week!! Pledges keep coming in and we hit $5000 so the 5th grade teachers will be scooter racing at the rally tomorrow, $6000 so Mr Lutz will be duct taped at the rally, $7000 so yesterday Mrs. Schwoch wore neon pjs (check out the picture), $8000 so Ms. Roberts is going to get turned into a toilet paper mummy at the rally, and $9000 so today all of the staff is supporting the Acorn Glow Dash with neon hair. We are excited!!
