High school culinary students tour local restaurant
On Dec. 11th the Menominee and North Central Culinary Classes toured the kitchen at Tastebuds Smokehouse in Marinette. Students had the opportunity to explore the prep areas, the cooking line and the smoker, gaining a closer look at how a professional kitchen operates.
