Connection by design: A warm start to the school year at Early Childhood.

There is nothing quite like the energy of a new school year. This morning, our Early Childhood parents gathered on campus for our annual Back to School coffee—a simple, intentional moment to slow down, connect, and build relationships.

Belonging at Trinity is never left to chance. Watching new and returning families mingle, share stories, and drop off their young learners reminded us why this community is so special. When parents feel connected and informed, children feel secure enough to wonder, brave enough to try, and ready to grow.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for coffee and conversation. Here’s to a year of joyful learning, deep curiosity, and partnership!

Rigor without rush, in motion.

Today in Grades 1 and 3, students stepped away from their desks to use their whole bodies to explore concepts, spot patterns, and solve problems together. As one teacher put it: “We’re going to give our bodies a break, but not our brains.”

When we integrate movement into deep thinking, children stay engaged, energize their focus, and discover that complex learning can be as joyful as it is ambitious. It’s just one way we make room for active, inquiry-led challenge while keeping the joy of childhood right where it belongs.

Our faculty and staff gathered last week to reconnect and unpack our core values: Courage, Curiosity, and Belonging.

Together, we reflected on how these values shape our daily work—ensuring every child is known deeply, thoughtfully challenged and intentionally supported.

We are returning energized and ready to cultivate curious minds and discerning hearts!

☀️🎉 Our Early Childhood and Elementary campuses were filled with laughter, excitement, and endless fun during Fun Day! Students enjoyed a variety of summer games and activities, from bubbles and ball games to unicorn races and splash-filled slip-and-slide adventures. 🫧🦄⚽💦
Of course, no summer celebration would be complete without a sweet ice cream treat to top it all off! 🍦

As we wrap up another wonderful year of learning, growth, and friendship, we are grateful for the joy and memories shared by our students, teachers, and families. Here's to a fantastic summer ahead! ☀️🌈

🎓✨ Yesterday, our students experienced Move Up Day, getting a glimpse of the adventures, challenges, and opportunities that await them next year. From visiting new classrooms to meeting future teachers, there was plenty of excitement in the air!
🫧 We also celebrated a cherished Trinity tradition: our 5th Grade Walk of Honor. As our graduating students made their way through campus one final time, they were cheered on by younger students, teachers, and staff who lined the walk to celebrate their accomplishments and wish them well on their next journey.

🎓✨ Off to Kindergarten! ✨🎓
Today, we celebrated our TK students as they took the stage one more time before their next big adventure. Through their confident voice, they showed us just how much they have grown this year.
Watching them sing so beautifully was a reminder of all the learning, friendships, courage, and joy they have shared along the way. The little learners who arrived at Trinity years or months ago are leaving as confident, curious, and capable students ready to conquer Kindergarten.
Congratulations, TK Class of 2026. Kindergarten, here they come! 🎉📚🍎

A week full of learning, sharing, and celebration across both campuses ✨
Our Celebration of Learning gave students the opportunity to showcase their work and welcome families into the classroom to see what they’ve been exploring all year. The week also featured a joyful music performance, with students fully engaged and shining on stage. Thank you to our families for joining us to celebrate these meaningful moments together.

✨ Grade 1 showed incredible kindness and teamwork today as they assembled 75+ lunches for people experiencing homelessness and created heartfelt cards to go with each one. We are so proud of the focus, care, and diligence they showed throughout the project.
To make the day even more special, Grade 1 received an award from LifeMoves recognizing their efforts, including the $841 they raised through Penny Panic to support families living in shelters. 💙

After weeks of observing the incredible transformation from caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly, our preschool class released their butterflies into the Rose Garden today. 🦋
One butterfly seemed especially attached and decided to stay a little longer on a friend’s shirt before flying away. We’re choosing to believe it was saying thank you for the excellent care and hospitality 😄
