Aloha, peninsula residents!
Our Kajukenbo class is restarting and fall session begins on Sept. 8 (Sunday @ 9 am) at Arrillaga Family Recreational Center. Bring your Gis and we will see you there!
No experience? That’s O.K. Come and try out a class on 9/8, 9/15, or 9/22—no equipment needed.
Kajukenbo is a practical self defense art which emphasizes two-person training to develop true timing and reaction. This is a serious workout with lots of conditioning and lots of contact, so get ready to sweat!
