Huge congratulations goes to Mr. Phung and the team for their performance at the SoCal district tournament yesterday. Special recognition goes to Candace Rosado for being first alternate in humorous interpretation. A stellar job was given by Cole Rauch who went undefeated in Lincoln Douglas debate and will represent Heritage at the national tournament in Kansas this summer!! GREAT JOB!!! The Heritage High School family could not be more proud.

Congratulations goes out to the Statesmen for their performance at the CBSR winter league tournament last weekend.

Special recognition goes to Emerita Walther who attained 3rd place in Humorous Interpretation and Candace Rosado who achieved First Place in the same event with perfect scores.

Also, Hope Corona took Oratorical Interpretation by storm with perfect scores and a first place win while also taking 4th place in impromptu.

Great performances by all Statesmen, and we look forward to further success next month at the Cypress Invitational.

Finally, The Statesmen would like to welcome Mr. Phung as their new coach. They look forward to his wisdom and guidance throughout the rest of the season.

The Statesmen performed well this weekend at the Cal State Fullerton Invitational. Cole Rauch reached Quarter finals in Lincoln Douglas Debate. Alli Perlman got to semifinals and Ashleigh Darby achieved 10th place in Novice Congress. This performance ensures a varsity letter. Finally, Candace Rosado attained 4th place with her humorous interp. Great job Statesmen.
