We offer beginner thru advanced private lessons on: guitar, voice, bass, ukulele, piano, and drums. The Appleton Rock School Performance Program is geared toward students that want to put their skills to us
e in a live band. It is an excellent accompaniment along with a student's regular private lessons, and offers a work-shop environment to practice, develop, and use techniques learned in lessons. Rock School is open to ages 8-18, and students are placed into bands of similar age and ability. If you're already in a band, you can join as a group and Rock School can help you and your friends meet your musical goals. Appleton Rock School is a performance based music program that provides music lessons taught in a full-band setting. We provide a rock music program for students, a method of teaching students through performing in front of a real audience, in a real live-music venue. Our performance-based curriculum gets students from the lesson room to the stage, developing both their confidence and musicianship with programs designed for all skill levels. Students learn from professional musicians in an interactive environment with structured group rehearsals and the ultimate goal of performing live in front of real crowds. Through our performance-based approach to music lessons, Appleton Rock School students are more inspired to learn, more motivated to excel and more confident as a result. We teach guitar, drums, bass, piano and voice in an interactive environment. Take your playing to the next level by preparing for and playing in an actual live concert! These are not recitals - they are real shows, in an authentic live-music environment with genuine live audiences. Monthly concerts throughout the community offer the opportunity to play in front of friends and family on a regular basis.
