During the last days of school, MHS students wrote wishes for the future in Japanese and placed them on a Tanabata bamboo tree for the upcoming July festival. One of the classes read the story of the weaver girl and the cowherd as part of their final examination.

Menasha High School students participated in the Wisconsin Japan Bowl on February 2nd; testing their knowledge of Japanese language and culture. A team consisting of Isaac Xiong, Logan Todaro, and Ben Thiel took first place in the highest level of competition, while another team consisting of Madeline Schmidt, Elijah Saecker, and Hannah Porto clinched second place in the same level. Congratulations to all students for representing Menasha so well!
