Thursday Night at VDO Gaming & Esports Education Center brings together competitive esports and tabletop gaming in one place.

Join us every Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM for CR Clash and TCG Night at our Menands location.

CR Clash features Super Smash Bros. Melee competition for players looking to compete and connect with the Capital Region fighting game community.

TCG Night includes tabletop gaming, Play! Pokémon League, Pokémon League Points, and Magic: The Gathering drafts.

BE PART OF THE VDO GAMING COMMERCIAL

VDO Gaming & Esports Education Center is teaming up with The Baker Agency to film a professional commercial at our Menands gaming center on Thursday, August 27.

We are inviting our members, customers, local gamers, and new players to come out, participate, and help us showcase the gaming and esports community we are building here in the Capital Region.

Filming is expected to take place from approximately 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

THURSDAY CR CLASH

Up to 12 tournament players

Venue fee waived
Bracket fee waived

1st Place: $50 gift card to a local restaurant
2nd Place: $25 gift card to a local restaurant
3rd Place with 10 or more players: $15 Stewart’s gift card
All other participating players: $5 Stewart’s gift card

MAGIC: THE GATHERING

Up to 10 players

Each participating player receives 2 free regular MTG packs.

OPEN GAMING

Up to 15 spots

Open play begins at 5:30 PM and runs until closing.

Gaming PCs, consoles, and board games will be free for participating players during the event.

SPOTS ARE LIMITED

Participation is first come, first served.

Call or stop by VDO Gaming & Esports Education Center to reserve your spot and let us know whether you are participating in CR Clash, Magic: The Gathering, or open gaming.
