We had such a great year for Pacers!!

Twice a week parent volunteers go to recess and help count laps that our kids run, we try to encourage them to stay active and celebrate them. For every two laps the kids get a candy footie and every 3-4 laps (depending on the grade) they earn a water bottle.

Over the course of the year we handed out over 4400 frooties candies and 405 water bottles.

Today we celebrated the kids and gave out over 100 prizes to our kids and celebrated our top runners with some really exciting prizes! We had a group of boys that each got a basketball hoop, a group of girls that earned kayaks and roller blades, and our top runner earned a paddle board!

We are so grateful for our sponsors that donated funds so that we could purchase prizes!

We are selling Summer movie tickets to the Paramount again! $14 gets you a punch card for 14 movies, and 50% of the proceeds go to our school. Flyers coming home this week!

Our final PTO meeting for this school year will be tomorrow, right after school, in the gym! If you want to learn more about PTO or be more involved, this is a wonderful meeting to come to as we will review our year and everything we've done. We will also be voting in our presidency for next year.
Thank you SO much for all of your support and help throughout the year!! We could not make anything happen without our amazing volunteers 🙂

April PTO meeting today! Meet at 230 in the gym at Midway. We will be planning for teacher appreciation week coming up in May, so if you would like to help with that, please come!
We are also still in need of presidency members for next year, so if you are at all interested in helping, again, please come or reach out to me! Without a PTO presidency we will not be able to put on so many of the fun events and activities that we hold throughout the year. If you have any questions, let me know.
