Adventure Play started with a few little hands and a big belief that children learn best through meaningful play. Getting to share a little piece of that beyond my own playroom has been a dream of mine for a long time. 🥹

A special thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, shared my excitement, followed along behind the scenes, or simply cheered this little dream on.
I can't wait to see where your little explorers' adventures take them. ❤️

I've been a little quiet over here... but I promise, I've been busy behind the scenes. 🤍

As I work on this new chapter of Adventure Play Academy, there's one thing I keep coming back to:

PLAY doesn't have to be complicated to be meaningful.

Little hands scooping, pouring, squishing, sorting, searching, creating and exploring are doing SO much more than just playing.

They're building fine motor skills.
Learning new words.
Exploring textures.
Problem solving.
Strengthening little hands.
And building confidence through doing things all by themselves. 🥹

That's what I want Adventure Play to be about.

Simple, intentional activities that are already thought out and put together for you — so you can spend less time figuring out what to do and more time actually enjoying it with them. ❤️

I've been working on our very first collection behind the scenes, and I can't wait to start showing you what I've been creating!

For now, I'm curious...

What age little learner would YOU most like easy, ready-to-play activities for?

✨ Something NEW is coming to Adventure Play Academy! ✨

A little over a year ago, our preschool home changed when the building we called home was sold. Adventure Play Academy had to get smaller—but my love for creating fun, hands-on learning experiences for little ones never did. ❤️

I've spent a lot of time thinking about what comes next, and I'm so excited to finally share it with you…

Adventure Play Kits! 🧡

I'm taking the hands-on sensory activities, themed learning experiences, messy play, little surprises, and intentional learning that I loved creating in my preschool—and putting them into ready-to-use kits that families, teachers, homeschoolers, and childcare providers can enjoy wherever they are.

Think:
🍂 Seasonal & holiday adventures
🎃 Themed sensory play
🔤 Early literacy & math
🔬 Simple science & discovery
🎨 Process art & creativity
🎂 Birthday & special-interest themes
👩‍🏫 Classroom/provider-friendly learning kits
✨ And custom kits created around what YOU want to teach!

And for my teachers/providers—I'm especially excited about including learning objectives and applicable state early-learning standards with classroom kits, so the fun has a purpose behind it, too.

My goal is simple:

Make it easier to give children really good play.

I'm working behind the scenes right now to get our very first Adventure Play Kit ready, and I can't wait to show you what I've been creating. 🥹

And because Adventure Play Academy wouldn't be what it is without the families and providers who have supported me along the way…

I'm going to celebrate our new adventure with a GIVEAWAY when we launch! 🎉

Stay tuned. Our next adventure is about to begin. 🧡
