Class I am sorry to tell you we have lost two classmates.
Carole Ann Mitchell Quinn passed away last week and her service was Wednesday and Sharon Davis Eaves passed away this morning. There will be a memorial for Sharon in Texas on Monday and then there will be a graveside funeral service at 2 pm Tuesday the 21st at Pleasant Grove cemetery in Big Gork Arkansas. I sent a wreath from our class to both of them . I will try to get directions to cemetery and send on here. Sad times 😢

We lost another classmate last night .

Connie James, age 75, of Conway, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in Conway, Arkansas. She was born on Thursday, July 18, 1946 to John and Anna Mae Gordon in Mena, AR.

Connie was a loving mother, daughter, and grandmother and friend and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Anna Mae Gordon, husband Russell James, and brother Jake Gordon.

Connie is survived by her son Danny James (Leah, spouse), daughter Danette Ward (Robert, spouse), sister Sheryl Barnes (Jack, spouse), brother John Wyatt Gordon. Four grandchildren: Davia Christiansen, Kalie Ward, Evan James, and Anna James. Two great grandchildren: Makynzie and Mason Christiansen.

A graveside service for Connie will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Pinecrest Memorial Park in Mena, Arkansas under the direction of Bowser Family Funeral Home in Mena.

I'm so sorry to report that Eddie Terrell, our classmate, passed away this morning. We send our prayers to his family Vicki and his children and also his sister Sue Powell.
