Congratulations to Destinee Hemphill who became a member of the 2016-2017 Shelby County Youth Council on Tuesday Sept 20. She is a sophomore at Craigmont High School and a second year member of Student Council! We are very proud of her! We now have students on both Shelby County and Memphis Youth Councils! Go STUCO!
