Meet our new Self-Study Course Facilitator, Dr. Angela Thevenot! 👋🏼 Angela has taught in the ESL/Applied Linguistics and Intensive English for Internationals departments at The University of Memphis. She has also taught EFL programs in the Czech Republic and Mexico. Dr. Thevenot currently facilitates ESL workshops in the Memphis community providing in-service teachers with ESL training and tools for bridging ELs to STEM. Her research interests include intercultural communication and ESL/EFL teacher education. When she isn't working on professional projects, she enjoys being in the garden, reading people’s stories, and dreaming of her next trip to France.
