Shelby County’s Best in Girls Flag Football! 🏈
It was an honor to be a part of history yesterday at the 1st Annual West Tennessee Girls Flag Football All-Star Game in Jackson, Tennessee. The Gold Team came away with a 20-12 victory, but the real win was seeing such an exceptional group of young ladies represent schools from across Shelby County with pride, talent, and sportsmanship.

MASE is deeply saddened to share the passing of one of our beloved students, Ladarrius Payne.

Ladarrius was more than a scholar—he was a bright light within our school community, remembered for his spirit, presence, and the impact he made on those around him. An Honor Student. Student Athlete. Leader.

As a school family, we mourn together while keeping his loved ones, classmates, teachers, and all who knew him in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Ladarrius will forever remain a part of the MASE legacy and forever in our hearts. 🕊️♥️
