Attention 3rd Grade Parents!

Due to a delay in receiving test scores from the Tennessee Department of Education, all NON-EXEMPT 3rd grade students are REQUIRED to retake the ELA portion of the TCAP assessment on Wednesday, May 20th at Germanshire Elementary.

Students that are EXEMPT will receive letters informing you of their status today, Monday, May 18th. If your child does not receive a letter, he or she MUST RETAKE the ELA portion of the TCAP assessment on Wednesday, May 20th.

Testing will begin promptly at 8:30 AM.

Please help your child prepare for success by:
⭐ Getting a good night’s rest
⭐ Eating a healthy breakfast
⭐ Arriving to school on time
⭐ Encouraging them to do their very best

Ms. Tasha’s Water Ice will be coming to Germantown Elementary on Monday, May 18th from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM! Students will have the opportunity to purchase delicious water ice during the day.

All water ice cups will be $5 each.

Please send money with your child if you would like for them to participate.

FIELD DAY IS HERE!

We are excited to celebrate Field Day this week! Please make sure students wear comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle.

PreK-2 Field Day: Thursday, May 14th
3rd-5th Field Day: Friday, May 15th

Artreanna’s Italian Ice Truck will be available for purchase during K-2 Field Day.

Mr. Softee Ice Cream Truck will be available for purchase during 3rd-5th Field Day.
