Christ-centered with a focus on teaching children salvation through Jesus Christ and applying the Christian faith to every day life. After retiring, Mrs.

Ragland's Learning Center was a vision from our director, Marcia Ragland, a retired child care provider. Ragland became an Unregulated Provider certified by the State of Tennessee. With this certification she began childcare in her home. Understanding her love for children and the need for quality child care in this city, her daughter suggested that the center be expanded. There was then and is now a need to provide a loving, safe, and trustworthy center for families in this city.
