Today!
If you’ve ever felt concerned about your child’s learning, behavior, or overall development, this event is for you. Join us for an informative and empowering session, From Concern to Consent: How Special Education Starts, where we’ll walk families through the process of getting the support their child deserves. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—there is a path forward, and we’re here to help you understand every step of it.
This is a safe space to ask questions, gain clarity, and leave feeling more confident about advocating for your child’s needs. Whether you’re just starting to notice concerns or already seeking answers, this session will give you the knowledge and tools to take action.

April is Autism Awareness Month, a time to move beyond awareness and toward acceptance of autistic individuals and their families. This month long observance encourages communities worldwide to promote understanding, inclusion, and support for people on the autism spectrum.
According to the CDC, approximately 1 in 31 children aged 8 in the United States have been identified with autism spectrum disorder. 💚

September is Su***de Prevention Month. In Tennessee, the su***de rate has been steadily rising. In 2023 the rate was 17.9 per 100,000 people.
Here in Shelby County and Memphis, more high school students report attempting su***de than both state and national averages.
Every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved. Let’s connect, reach out, and help prevent tragedy together. 💛
