Today is National Instructional Coach Day, and we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the incredible instructional coaches who support our Southeast Elementary family each day!

Our coaches do so much behind the scenes and alongside us—planning, modeling, analyzing data, providing feedback, problem-solving, encouraging, challenging, and helping us continuously strengthen the instruction our scholars receive. Their work is an important part of the growth of both our teachers and scholars, and we are incredibly grateful for the commitment they bring to Southeast.

Show them some love in the comments 💙

🍨🎉 SUNDAES FOR SUCCESS WINNERS! 🎉🍨

Our September Attendance Challenge winners are officially in, and of course we had to celebrate our babies! 💙 Scholars enjoyed ice cream, all the toppings, and—as they specifically requested—a DANCE PARTY! 😂💃🏾🕺🏾🍦

A HUGE congratulations to our winning homerooms:

🏆 K–2 Winners — IT’S A TIE!
✨ Mrs. T. Jones’ Class
✨ Ms. L. Johnson’s Class

🏆 3rd–5th Winner
✨ 4th Grade — Ms. Waninger’s Class

These classes showed up and showed out with strong attendance, fewer tardies, and fewer early checkouts! 👏🏾

Thank you to our families for making sure our Squires are present, on time, and staying all day. Every minute matters, and these babies earned their sweet celebration! 🍨🥳

Thank you to our PAC parents that volunteered to help make this a success.

And special thanks to Communities in Schools for sponsoring our event!

💙 Congratulations, Squires! 💙

🎉✨ HABIT #2 FAMILY CHALLENGE — WEEK 4! ✨🎉

Southeast Families, we set a goal, made a plan, and took action… now it’s time to CELEBRATE OUR PROGRESS! 🎯👏🏾

As we wrap up Habit #2: Begin With the End in Mind, we want our Squires to understand something important: success isn’t only about reaching the finish line. Leaders also stop, reflect, and recognize how far they’ve come! 💙

WEEK 4 CHALLENGE | SEPT. 27–30
As a family, talk about your goal and reflect together:
✨ What did we accomplish?
✨ What worked well?
✨ What was challenging?
✨ What should we do differently next time?
✨ What is our next goal?

And most importantly… CELEBRATE THE PROGRESS! 🥳 Even if you didn’t completely reach your goal, every step forward matters.

📸 SHOW US HOW YOU CELEBRATED!
Drop a picture in the comments or tell us something your family is proud of accomplishing this month.

⭐ LAST CHANCE FOR HABIT #2 DEAN BONUS POINTS! Scholars who participate in this week’s challenge can earn Dean Bonus Points on ClassDojo!

Squires, remember: Have a goal. Make a plan. Take action. Celebrate your growth. Then… set the next goal! 🎯💙

Be a Light. Be a Leader. Be Southeast.

💗✏️ Happy Teacher Assistant Day to our AMAZING Southeast Elementary Team! ✏️💗

At PCA Elementary Southeast, our Teacher Assistants are so valuable and important to everything we do. And really… we could drop the “Assistant” part because y’all are TEACHERS, period! 💙

You teach. You encourage. You redirect. You comfort. You step in wherever you’re needed. You build relationships with our scholars and help keep our classrooms moving every single day. The difference you make is BIG!

Today, we celebrated our incredible TAs with a little something just for them:

- Their favorite Scooter’s drink because they deserve a treat!
- A GOLDEN TICKET for an OFF DAY! Because they definitely deserve some rest, too!

Southeast, help us show some love to our Teacher Assistants in the comments! 💙🤍

Happy Teacher Assistant Day! We appreciate you more than you know!
