Three-hour, pay-what-you-can workshop gives an introduction (or recap!) of hand embroidery stitches, appliqué, and reverse appliqué.
Take this beginner-friendly, low-pressure skill-builder if you are new or rusty, if you missed the first offering this summer or if you want to take it again!

🧵Stitch & Texture: Exploring Mola and Colombian Calado Workshop
Two-day workshop and a broader look at embroidery stitches and hand-stitching techniques. It’s a perfect introduction to the world of textile art, including a taste of the Mola technique (reverse appliqué).
This workshop repeats some of the Beginner Stitches lessons while expanding on them and would be a good complement.

Two-day workshop bringing more dimension into textile projects with sculptural fabric manipulation techniques.
Focusing on the art of hand stitching, explore traditional and contemporary methods, enhance your technical stitching skills, and add rich texture to your fiber repertoire.
