Today was a beautiful day to visit Cedar Hill Farm! Our 1st grade Innovators assisted on the farm by making observations, gaining agricultural knowledge and by feeding the chickens and goats. Thank you to our caravan of parents that came out to participate with their child!

Our Innovators enjoyed Junior Achievement Memphis-JA Biztown! They were able to implement 21st Century Skills today during their simulation as they ran businesses such as City Hall, FedEx, Baptist Wellness Center, Regions Bank, and Feed Your Soul Cafe'! They used math skills to calculate business operating costs, employee salaries, apply for business loans, as well as deposit and write checks and balance a check book! What an STEMTASTIC experience! Shout to all of our parent and community volunteers that assisted us today!
