Young Man University Inc Jeffery Ryan Futrell, (Brother J.R.) is the Founder and President of Young Man University Inc. Mr. He believes and relies upon this factor more than any other.

It is his passion and spirit which is the driving force of this Company. The primary goal of YMU is to reach men who are lost in gangs and the activities associates with gangs. To share the love of God through Jesus Christ and then offer opportunities to help men find their legitimate place in the world. Futrell is a former gang member who has suffered tragic losses as a result of his involvement.

The death of his daughter in his own word is what God used to turn him back to the Father. His experience in the areas of business has help to create a sound infrastructure for this new and innovative Corporation. With all of the business accruements which he possess it is his devotion and dedication to change that sets him and Young Man University apart from other organizations. Few men offer the well rounded balance which plays an essential role in the Company's efforts to positively reach men. Futrell is a man of great faith in Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior. God has given the President of Young Man University a testimony and a song that the angels cannot sing. His life story is what we believes compels men to seek God's purpose in their own lives.
