This weekend 3 of our Better Together organizers left the snow to attend an Interfaith Leadership Insititute in Atlanta! From left to right: Zain Virk, Class of 2018, attended his first; Tara Connors, Class of 2016, attended her second; and Eric Adamcik, Class of 2016, attended his third!
All 3 are ready to take on this semester and design great events for our campus. Join them and us!

Tomorrow night there will be a discussion on holiday terminology in Rhea Lounge at 7 pm. Yes, we will be discussing Starbucks cups, but we will also discuss other issues relating to the holidays. The Muslim Student Association and UKirk Presbyterian Christian groups will both be there, so please come out!
There will be food.

Hey everyone! We're hosting our interfaith scavenger hunt again!
In teams of four, you and your friends will be given interfaith clues leading you to secret locations on campus. The goal is to figure out the clues as fast as you can! the first team to finish gets $100 gift certificate to Babalu, a tacos and tapas restaurant, second place gets their pick of a dozen muddy's cupcakes, and third place gets a free bag of Halloween candy! Everyone who participates gets a cookie.
The hunt will take place on Friday, October 30th starting at 12:30 - remember that any of your group of four can participate while others are in class. Sign up by Thursday at noon by e-mailing conte-16 with names and cell numbers of your group members.
Tonight at 8 in Clough 204, there will be a discussion on 9/11 from a Muslim perspective, as well as all other religions, after RAB's "The Muslims Are Coming" event, complete with chips and hummus. It's going to be a great discussion, so please come out!
Hey Rhodes! Wanna learn about two religions in one night?! You can!!
Tonight the Muslim Student Association will be hosting a cookout in East Village Lodge at 5:30 with great food and company! Come learn about an amazing religion and the great work they do!
Then, at 6:30, the Micah Christian Social Justice Community is hosting another cookout at a house at 753 North McLean! Come learn about Christian racial reconciliation work happening on Rhodes' campus. If you need a ride, message or comment on here and we can arrange one!

Tomorrow RBT alums Micah Leonard, Emma Gotbaum, and Hajar Sakhi will graduate, and start the rest of their lives while continuing to do interfaith work!
In the same way, our partner of 3 years at Interfaith Youth Core, Adam Garner, is leaving IFYC after today to begin a new career at Do Something.org.
We love all four of them, and appreciate the countless hours they've given to us. Y'all will be missed!
