On Thursday, Superintendent Dr. Roderick Richmond had the pleasure of speaking at the Frayser Exchange Club, which hosts weekly meetings with leaders of organizations making a difference in Memphis.

As a graduate of The Real Trezevant High School, the Frayser community holds a special place in Dr. Richmond's heart. He shared how MSCS is personalizing education for every student through the My Pathway to Greatness Plan. Each Personalized Learning Plan outlines a student’s goals, progress, and recommended supports across core subjects, providing families and educators with insight into how each learner is growing.

Dr. Richmond also participated in a Q&A with community members. To learn more about the personalized learning paths, click here: www.scsk12.org/superintendent/.
