🏐 FIRST GAME. FIRST TEST. JUST THE BEGINNING. ❤️🖤

Our Lady Red Devils hit the court for their first volleyball game of the season with a developing team that’s still finding their rhythm—and they fought hard from start to finish! 💪🏾🔥

The result wasn’t the one we wanted, but every serve, rally, and point was another opportunity to learn and grow. This team is hungry to get back in the gym, put in the work, and get better together!

The season is just getting started, and we’re excited to watch this team grow! 🏐❤️🖤

We’re beyond grateful to County Commissioner Gerald Green and activist Keith Leachman of Orange Mound for blessing our scholars with another donation of clear backpacks! 🙌🏽🎒 And a HUGE thank you to Mrs. Hayslett, former Douglass educator, for making sure they got right where they needed to be!

This is what community looks like! Douglass pride is REAL—and together, we’re making sure our students have what they need to succeed! 💪🏽❤️
