Is the pastor of your church a SEXUAL PREDATOR?

02/05/2026

I jump on this wagon to encourage, inspire, and empower 😉

Every role I walk in, every life I touch, and every battle I’ve overcome tells a story of grace, resilience, and divine purpose.

God continues to remind me:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

God uses every part of your story.
Your gifts will make room for you.
Your pain can become someone else’s hope.
And when you walk with God, no hat you wear is too heavy.

“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” — Luke 1:37
Keep going. Keep serving. Keep rising. 💙 💜

We are still receiving donated items and calls in support of the families we are helping to rebuild after loosing their home in a fire before Christmas.

Gratitude in Action

Thank you to the incredible donors who gave so generously to the No More Silence Foundation to support these families.

Because of your kindness, 1 family now has a toaster oven, coffeemaker, iron, ironing board, utensil tray, and two TVs, simple items that mean comfort, dignity, and a sense of home during a difficult season.

We are deeply grateful for every heart that gives, every hand that helped, and every prayer lifted.

Thank you for helping turn tragedy into a step toward restoration.

Huge Thank You to you Cassandra Leake for this community connection 🙏🏽

We're on a pause with essential and emergency work still getting done.

Tonight, our hearts are full of gratitude.

A sincere thank you to the Memphis Police Department Officer Gardner and the No More Silence Foundation Moving Crew for stepping in with compassion, strength, and action to help pick up and deliver donations to furnish a home for a family who lost everything in a devastating fire.

In moments like these, rebuilding isn’t just about furniture or household items, it’s about restoring hope. It’s about reminding a mother who has endured unimaginable loss that she is not alone, that her community sees her, stands with her, and believes in her strength. It’s about showing her children that even after tragedy, kindness shows up.

Because of our community donors, Memphis Police Department est.1827 N Main Station and NMSF moving crew, this family can continue rebuilding what was lost, one piece at a time. Because of you, a mother can breathe a little easier knowing she doesn’t have to give up, help is here, and support surrounds her.

This is what community looks like. This is what service looks like. This is what love in action looks like.

Thank you for showing up when it mattered most. 💙🖤

The holidays can trigger or worsen depression due to increased stress, loneliness, financial strain, and shorter days, leading to the "holiday blues" or exacerbating clinical depression, with symptoms like withdrawal, sadness, and lack of interest.

**Take care of yourself**

Seeking therapy after traumatic experiences is not a sign of weakness, it’s an act of courage.

Trauma can live in the body, the mind, and the spirit. It can show up as anxiety, anger, silence, exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Therapy offers a safe space to unpack those experiences without judgment, shame, or pressure.

Through therapy, many people learn how to:

• Understand their trauma responses
• Develop healthy coping tools
• Rebuild trust with themselves and others
• Regain a sense of control and safety
• Heal at their own pace

You don’t have to “be over it” to deserve support. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly. You don’t have to heal alone.

Choosing therapy is choosing yourself.
Choosing healing.
Choosing hope, one step at a time.

If this resonates with you, know that support is available and your healing matters.

The way to connect is to call or text 988 and press 0 to connect with a crisis counselor.
