At Memphis Adventist Academy (MAA), we believe that education is not only about knowledge, but also about transformation. In a world where children are constantly influenced by many voices, MAA provides a Christ-centered environment where students are guided to hear and follow the voice of God.

Our classrooms are places where academic excellence and spiritual growth go hand in hand. Our teachers are not only educators; they are mentors, role models, and partners with parents in shaping the future of each child. We work intentionally to ensure that every student is known, supported, and encouraged to reach his or her full God-given potential.

We understand that every child learns differently. That is why we give individual attention, helping students grow with confidence—even when they need extra time or support. At MAA, no child is overlooked, and every child is valued.

The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 22:6:

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

This verse captures our mission. At MAA, we are not only preparing students for the next grade, but we are also preparing them for life, for service, and for eternity.

Celebrating Black History Month at Memphis Adventist Academy! Our students led by their wonderful teachers they delivered a truly wonderful, inspiring, and powerful presentation that highlighted the strength, resilience, and contributions of Black leaders and communities throughout history. We were also blessed with beautiful flowers donated and a heartfelt message shared by one of our local retired pastors, Keith Nolls, during our Friday chapel. It was a moment of learning, reflection, and unity that left us all motivated.
To underscore the importance of this celebration, let's reflect on Galatians 3:28 : " There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." This verse reminds us of the unity and equality we share in God's eyes.
