Kindergarten-2nd grade scholars will take Fall benchmarks the week of 8/21-8/25 on the computer and on paper. The scholars are tested in ELA and math each day. We need the scholars to have a good night's rest, and on time in the morning. Encourage them to do their BEST! Thank you for your support!

Hi Upper Elem,
If you arrive to carpool after 3:15 in the Academy building, please drive to the back of the k2 building to pick up your 3rd-5th grade child. The students walk over to the k2 building promptly at 3:15.

It's time for the 2023-2024 school year. Come out Friday from 5PM-7PM to meet the SACS Staff & enjoy some fun games, food, and raffles! You can register and purchase select uniforms 8/4/23 in the K2 cafeteria! Hope to see you there! Mrs. Moss

TCAP ELA scores were reported to 3rd graders scoring in the approaching or below category for TCAP ELA. Letters & applications for the Summer Learning Loss Program will come home. If you do not receive a letter today your scholar was proficient in ELA.

3rd grade Parents,
SACS is awaiting TCAP scores. If any 3rd graders scored below proficiency (meet or exceeds expectations) will take the TCAP ELA retake test, scheduled for 5/24 in one session on the computer.

Happy Teachers Appreciation Week!

Friday 4/28 at 9AM is the deadline for spring picture orders. Friday afternoon scholars may attend a sock hop for all of their hard work for $3. Thanks for choosing SACS. Please stop by the office to complete 2023-2024 registration.

The following scholars are doing a phenomenal job keeping SACS in compliance.  They have monitored hallways, passed out fun snacks, made announcements, and read to the k-2nd grade scholars.  I’m so proud of the many future leaders at SACS.  Way to go Mr. Yarbrough, Mr. Tates, Ms. Collins, and Ms. Reynolds!

Our assistant principals yesterday was Ms. Taylor, Ms. Head-Murphy, Mr. Jordan, and Ms. Houston. They are leading the school diligently.

Yesterday our AP’s for the day did a great job being leaders! We’re extremely proud of you Mr.Moore and Ms.Jackson.

The assistant principals for today did an astounding job leading the school. Way to go Ms Anderson, Mr. Graham, and Ms Carmichael.

It’s Thursday 4/20/2023. Assistant principals Mr. Whitley and Ms. Hilliard are keeping the school on target for TCAP & keeping the teachers busy! The future leaders are working hard to ensure a successful learning day.

Three Assistant Principals today Mr. Moore, Ms. Maxwell, & Mr. Johnson.  They are representing SACS well!  Very professional and leading with love. So proud of them

Mr. Crump & Ms. Pruitt served as assistant principal. They dressed the part and did an amazing job! Way to go. These two are members of the SACS Honors Society. Mr. Crump participates in piano and Ms. Pruitt is a SACS majorette. These scholars have good attendance, excellent conduct, and good grades!

Some of the Honors Society & Mathematicians participated in Face Your Fears Challenge . The scholars free climbed and harness climb to prepare for TCAP.
