We are so proud of all of our deltas who ran or volunteered in the marathon this weekend! St. Jude is very important to our chapter and the Memphis community and we love to see everyone come together to support in the annual marathon!! DLAM 💙

Our favorite time of year has arrived!! TriHop will be on DEC 6 from 9-11pm in the Refectory! Tickets will be sold in the Rat between 11 and 2:30 starting Wednesday, Nov. 30th. All tickets are $5 and buy unlimited pancakes!! All proceeds go to St. Jude 💙🤍💙

Todays will feature one of our iconic big/little duos on the Field Hockey team!!
“Being on the field hockey team and in TriDelta together has given us the most amazing opportunities to grow on and off the field. We couldn’t be more lucky to have such an amazing group of girls on the team and even luckier to have some as our sisters and in the Panhellenic community. I am so grateful to have Grace as my little and to watch how she is a leader in every way.
