It’s Friday!! Grizz win last night for their 7th straight and we get to show off our Growl Towel wall, AND tell you about our featured non profit this quarter!
We love to use our resources to enrich the community. It’s a passion. It’s in everything we do. And education is a HUGE need for our community. Our friends at Believe Memphis Academy are on the ground making a difference every day. It’s why we joined up with them in 2020 to support their work.
Well, they’re growing!! So now we get to support them with sponsoring new seats/desks for each student. We have sponsored an entire classroom of desks actually. And every time YOU close a home with us, we pay for a seat. How cool is that? Buy or sell a home and you can know you’re helping a student get a quality education right here in the 901!!
That’s is truly putting the BELIEVE in Memphis!

Our garden club was sought out by a community organization to partner with the City of Memories on a pollinator project. Memphis City Beautiful helped get a grant for over 200 pollinator plants on our property. Our students got the opportunity to learn about the benefits of pollinating plants on the environment!… not to mention the mental health benefits of working with your hands in the soil! 🌱

We strive to follow in their footsteps as we prepare our students to to excel in high school, thrive in college, and lead lives full of opportunity. “I am from this community that’s in question, and when [Believe] landed in our community, it was actually a benefit,” Johnson said at the board meeting that decided in an 8-0 vote to approve our charter to become a K-8 school!
