Hi there everyone,

Heather Harrington and I have partnered to create a Walking Club called Sole Movement. Our purpose for creating this walking club was to encourage the entire CBU Community to Start Moving In the Right Direction of Better Health and Fitness.

We will be kicking off this Walking Club next Tuesday, April 30th at 12:20 over at The Track. We will be walking for 30 minutes EVERY Tuesday and Thursday all SUMMER and then moving on into the Fall.

As part of a fun way to get going, we are going to be giving away some pedometers and water bottles to everyone who makes a pledge to get healthier and join the movement that day and continue on with Sole Movement by getting moving and getting Fit in 2013.

If anyone has any questions, they can contact me for more information at [email protected] or either Heather Harrington at [email protected].

It's absolutely FREE to Walk and join Sole Movement. We just want people getting healthier with simple baby steps first.

We will be following up with some Blood Pressure Screenings and Cholesterol Checks this Fall and will monitor the health of all of the participants to show progress and do some more great things at The October Health Fair. It's a great club to participate in and support. I'll be looking for some of you to walk with us.

Come get a massage in Sabbatini and see us on Tuesday and then put on your sneakers and walk with us @ 12:20 at the track. Spread the Word and start taking steps to a Better You with all of us!

Regards,

Stacey B. Trotter
