What do Execs want to be when they grow up? Why wait?! HH Execs recently had the opportunity to be Law Students for a day.

Club Day began as Ms. Shaw's brainchild .. . now all Harmony campuses participate in Club Day! MBAHH continues the Club Day tradition. Some of us call it "Genius Hour."

You know how Presidents celebrate their first 100 days in office? Well, why should they get all the fun!

This event was just for the ladies! Make Some Noise, MBAHH!!

Ms. Shaw makes it rain--candy!

From the Desk of Principal Shaw: During Hispanic Heritage Month a parent cooked the staff authentic Mexican food and I had to bust the piñata open for my babies!! #MBAHHCelebratesHispanicHeritage

Last week, the HH Staff, Parents and Execs surprised Principal Shaw with gifts and accolades on Boss' Week! Everyone made sure to include Ms. Shaw's favorite things, Coke and BCs. #MBAHHRocks!

Ms. Shaw is so proud of her faculty's performance this first Nine Weeks. As she is fond of saying, "Perfect Attendance + Perfect Lunch = Perfect Teachers." #MBAHHLovesTeachers

Today, we kicked off the MBA HH Ambassador Program with an orientation and a ribbon cutting ceremony. The Execs were selected based on the following criteria:
Does the student go above and beyond his/her role as a student?
Has the student made significant progress in the classroom?
Has the student been working to his/her potential?
Is the student a positive role model?
Does the student demonstrate respect to the students and staff at all times?
Does the student exhibit good character?
Does the student follow school rules?
Does the student arrive to school and to class on time?
The students will assist teachers and Ms. Lewis during their support time. As part of the selection process, the students had to submit a resume and start a portfolio. Ms. Jordan is over this program. We are working on getting the students the MBA Blazer because they are BLAZING NEW TRAILS this year by Growing Tomorrow Leaders and Transforming Lives and Communities. #MBAHHAmbassadorsRock

The First Quarter has barely come to a close, but HH Execs are packing in as many experiences as possible. This week HHMS went on their first field trip.

Before we put September firmly in the rearview, we tip our hats to the September Students of the Month for their EXECullent work! #MBAHHExecsRock! #studentsofthemonth

One of MBA's former art teachers always said, "without creativity, there is no innovation." In afterschool care, MBAHH Execs learn a myriad of ways to be creative. Recently, they made their own puzzles.

Ms. Jordan is sponsoring HHM's Ambassador's Program. Participants lead morning meetings and develop creative ways to motivate fellow classmates. Great job, Ms. Jordan. #mbahhrocks

It's October, which means schools all over the Harmony network are reminding moms to "Get 'Em Mooshed!" for your good health. HH will sponsor activities every Friday in October to support survivors and fighters! You are not alone. #breastcancerawareness #westandforsurvivors

The beginning of Fall seems to kickoff a flurry of activities for HHE and HHM! Ms. Shaw shut down the school a week ago so staff and Execs could celebrate Facilities staffer Mr. Willis. Any guesses on his favorite football team?

Science Projects just for Middle School? Not when you participate in STEM on a daily basis. Check out the projects from Ms. Mitchell's 4th Grade Class. Make Some Noise, MBA! #ScienceIsCool #MBAHHRocks

Happy GrandParents Day! Principal Shaw was the first at MBA to recognize the contributions of grandparents. This year the tradition continues and has spread to other MBA/MSA campuses. PaPa, MaMa, Granddad, Madear, we celebrate you!
