🏐💜🖤 HISTORY WAS MADE!!!!🖤💜🏐

Our first-ever Perea Middle School volleyball game is officially in the books! Although the final outcome wasn’t what we hoped for, tonight was about something much BIGGER than the scoreboard.

The moment these young ladies stepped onto the court, THEY STEPPED INTO HISTORY! 🙌🏾

They will forever be remembered as THE FIRST MIDDLE SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL TEAM IN PEREA HISTORY! 🏐🐾

Nobody can ever take that away from them. They are the FIRST. The pioneers. The young ladies who helped lay the foundation for every Perea volleyball team that will come after them.

That alone is an accomplishment worth celebrating! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

A special shout-out to our coaches, Coach Weeks and Coach Giles, for leading the charge and guiding these young ladies through this historic moment! Thank you for your dedication, leadership, and support!

To our Perea Family and the entire North Memphis community — let’s get behind these young ladies and support them as they continue to pioneer this journey. Tonight was only Chapter One! There’s so much more ahead!
