Jessie Mahan Center will be closed Monday, February 22 and Wednesday, February 23 due to the water boil advisory. Please check back to this page or text Ms. E. Jackson.

The Jessie Mahan Center and Pre-K will be closed until further notice due to water crisis. Stay Safe and continue with the MLGW boiling water mandate.

We are currently looking for a toddler/ infant teacher. This position require all candidates to have at least 2 years of experience working in a verifiable child care environment , pass background , and must have high school diploma. This position is temp to perm depending on the experience.

If you do not have childcare experience please do not forward your resume/application.

As a lead teacher prepare lesson plans, units, bullentin board. Able to follow rules and policies of the center and the Department of Hunan Services. Work closely with the center director and must be able.to handle.the center in the director absence. Pay rate 12.00 to 14.00 per hour. Ased upon experience and education. Prefer someone with a CDA, Associate or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education
