Hey, I just wanted to share a few quick tips on protecting your baby from EMFs. Did you know that a baby’s brain doesn’t fully develop the blood-brain barrier until around four months? That means all the Wi-Fi, smartwatches, and baby monitors can actually harm their little brains. Here’s what I do: First, get a timer for your Wi-Fi and turn it off every night. Easy fix. Second, ditch the baby monitor—those things are basically EMF factories, and you don’t want that near your baby while they sleep. And finally, consider getting some EMF-blocking gear like a Q Link necklace or the @somavedic_official. It’s a small investment for some peace of mind. Also, don’t forget proper nutrition. Load up on omega fatty acids and berries, especially if you’re breastfeeding. These help protect against the damage EMFs can cause. Of course they may get injured and cry even if we are calm; but the more we maintain composure and compassion; the more they learn to do the same. If a child sees a caregiver panic or have a big reaction, they will learn to do the same. Have you ever seen a child fall and look around BEFORE they cry? They are trying to make sense of what they should do when this happens. And if they are constantly met with a caregiver’s big reaction-they will continue to react the same. Our response matters in so many ways. Of course, you will assess to make sure they are not seriously injured and offer compassion, but it’s also important to teach them to get back up. Yes, some kids may be more sensitive and even with a calm caregiver demeanor they can react more than other children; but continue with a calm reaction-it can help in long run! The more you do this, the more you will see them get back up and keep going. The ultimate metaphor for life too, right? Over-reacting to their falling (or anything they do!) with big exaggerated responses also can increase the amount of crying and continue that reaction in the future as demonstrated in this video with non-injuries! How do you respond when your child falls?
