New Plans from Union Depot.

Tonight at the Planning Commission, the Master/Outline Plan for Union Depot First Addition was presented.
The plan provided additional detail to the concept that accompanied the Special Use Permit which was approved by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen in 2025.
Once the Master Plan has been approved, each phase of the new construction will return to the Planning Commission with detailed Construction, Final, and Site Plans.
This development is not scheduled to begin until completion of the original Union Depot on the other side of Highway 70. This new construction will offer similar amenities such as retail shops, restaurants, activity areas, a dog park, and a dedicated area for a large retailer on the Highway 64 side of the development.
