To get pumped up for TCAP testing, South Campus scholars participated in a talent show on PJ dress-up day, “Rest Up for TCAP!” The talent our scholars possess, in and out of the classroom, is exceptional! Scholars wrote and recited poetry, sang, and danced. We are very proud of them!

MSFK/MSRE (South Campus) scholars, with exceptional quarter 3 attendance, recently enjoyed a morning of skating & pizza. Attendance is vital for success! 🛼

We are proud of our middle school’s running club, Scholars Running for Awareness: Eagles’ Chapter. Team members run in events that benefit our city and community. We’re thankful for club sponsors, Mrs. Grant, Ms. Thomas and Mr. Montgomery!

⭐️ In the Healing Races Literacy 5k Run, all team members PLACED!

⭐️ Team members represented MSRE proudly in the SRVS Kids & Family 5K Bunny Run. Check out their fun running ‘fits!

On 3/22, scholars and families participated in Career Day. A BIG thank you to our community partners, volunteers, & our school-based committee who made it a phenomenal event! Some of the careers scholars learned about were:

On February 23rd, South Campus scholars showcased their talents in our Black History Month program. They rehearsed diligently, for weeks, and made us all so proud. Scholars performed a play written and directed by our very own Mr. Scott, and recited Life Doesn’t Frighten Me by Dr. Maya Angelou. We were also graced with stories of service in the Vietnam War, and to an astronaut who walked on the moon, by Nurse Parham!
