Finish out this school year strong! Let's go Peabody Eagles!
Just in time for back to school—I have a small collection of Peabody spirit shirts and uniform tops and bottoms (mostly from Old Navy) in XS-M sizes. (LOTS of short sleeve and long sleeve polos!) It’s all or nothing—who wants em?
I went to school here from 1979-1985 and had my picture taken on those steps many a times. Today I got a picture of my youngest daughter, almost 17, on those steps. Such great memories that I am so grateful for💕
Anyone remember Alice Patterson went to Peabody 1958_1964
I went to Peabody for 1968-1970! While visiting Memphis today I stopped by to see my beautiful old school! Wow! It looks amazing and brought back so many memories. Love that there are volunteers keeping the grounds so nice. By the way, did you all know that the old Magnolia tree in the front East aide of the school was big and old when I was there over 50 years ago????? Huge shout out to the best teacher ever: Judy Tate Pegg!!
It's just two weeks away! The 6th annual Half Pints for Half Pints fundraiser for Cooper-Young's Friends of Peabody Elementary! The kids benefit. The teachers benefit. YOU benefit! Your ticket gets you all the delicious Memphis Made Brewing Co. beverages you can handle, food from your favorite Midtown restaurants and DJ music by Goner Records. Plus, you can bid in the best, little silent auction in town -- summer membership to the Rhodes College outdoor pool, a spin in a Fed Ex flight simulator, a round of golf for four at Southwind TPC and two season tickets for Tiger Football. And so many other gift cards and items from local business. Get your tickets NOW at halfpints.org
Does anyone have the 5th grade science project rubric you can post?
