We had a Health and Wellness Crash Course presented by Dr. Gina Williams- United
Healthcare and Dr. Michelle Kitson- President of the Bluff City Medical Society and Methodist Medical Group - Eastmoreland
Internal Medicine
They provided so much information on signs to look for, leading causes, monthly self-checks, and treatment options.
They also provided information on prevention:
-Keeping a healthy weight
-Staying physically active
-Eating a plant-based diet
-No Smoking
