Glamour Grooming & Boarding is pleased to announce that all allegations of animal abuse previously brought against our organization have been officially dropped.
While we are relieved by this resolution, we understand and respect the concern it has caused within our community. We do not take this situation lightly.

Trust is the foundation of our relationship with every pet owner. This experience, though challenging, has provided us with the opportunity to listen, reflect, and strengthen the way we care for the animals entrusted to us.

As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and excellence, we have implemented the following new procedures effective immediately:

1. Comprehensive physical intake exams for all pets upon arrival.
2. Before-and-after photo documentation to clearly record each pet’s condition.
3. Live camera access for clients during grooming services, doggy daycare, and boarding stays.

These changes are designed to give our clients peace of mind and a transparent view of the compassionate care their pets receive at our facility.

At Glamour Grooming & Boarding, animals are not just clients, they are family. We are committed to earning back the trust of our community through openness, professionalism, and genuine love for what we do.

We are deeply grateful for the support, patience, and understanding shown by our clients during this time. We look forward to continuing to serve our community with the highest standards of care.

We want to acknowledge the recent protests and the concerns raised about our business. We take these matters seriously and deeply value the voices of those speaking out.

Our team is actively listening and taking time to reflect on the issues being brought forward. We are committed to understanding the impact of our actions and recognize that earning and maintaining trust requires both accountability and meaningful change.

We are currently reviewing our policies and practices to ensure they reflect our values and meet the expectations of our community. In the coming days, we will share specific steps we are taking in response.
